Bush-Cheney Propaganda - Monday, October 4, 2004
Quoted from the official Bush-Cheney '04 website: "John Kerry's plans for higher taxes and new spending will halt our economic growth and destroy jobs." A chock-full of too much irony, methinks.

An article elaborates (a little) on this, briefly highlighting why Kerry isn't fit for the job. It claims that he can't stop job outsourcing, that his policies won't create new jobs, and that he can't pay for new spending increases. Yet nowhere does it say how Bush will make the better candidate! In fact, the same accusations would apply for Mr. Dubya.

Now, I'm not a Kerry fan, which should make my criticism of Bush all the more objective. When the Bush team presents dubious accusations against Kerry and fails to identify why Bush would make a better candidate, Bush's credibility is significantly weakened in my eyes. I see the Republicans as mud-slingers who themselves are covered head-to-toe with heaps of mud. So are Democrats, too. Not that that is new info. Everybody lies. That IS the spirit of politics, after all.
